Corporate Event AV

Every Presenter Heard, Every Session on Time

At a corporate event, nobody notices the audio until it goes wrong. We supply the microphones, sound systems, and engineers that keep presentations running smoothly, from a single-room town hall to a multi-day conference. Based in Newington and serving Hartford, New Haven, and the rest of Connecticut.

Built for Business Events

Presenter Microphones

Shure ULX-D wireless lavaliers, earsets, and handhelds for keynotes and panels, plus lectern mics and roaming handhelds for audience Q&A. Encrypted digital wireless, so nothing leaks to the room next door.

Room-Sized PA

Speakers sized to your room: a pair of QSC speakers for a boardroom, or Yamaha CZR speakers with subwoofers and Powersoft amplification for a ballroom general session.

Mixing & Playback

Allen & Heath digital mixers with laptop audio for videos and walk-in music. Feeds to your video team or livestream are available on request.

On-Site Engineer

A dedicated engineer who brings mics up on cue, handles presenter changeovers, and fixes problems before anyone in the audience notices.

Frequently Asked Questions

What AV do I need for a corporate conference?

At minimum: a wireless mic for each presenter, a mic for audience Q&A, speakers sized to the room, and a mixer with laptop audio input. Larger events add subwoofers for video playback, separate breakout room systems, and an on-site engineer. Our corporate event AV checklist on the blog walks through it step by step.

Do you provide a technician for the whole event?

Yes. With a full production package, an engineer stays on site from setup through teardown and runs the audio for the entire event, including mic changeovers between presenters.

Can you work with our hotel or venue's in-house AV?

Usually, yes. We can bring our own system or patch into a venue's house sound. Some hotels charge a fee for outside AV vendors, so it's worth checking your venue contract early.

Can you support a livestream or video recording?

We can send a clean audio feed to your video or streaming team. We don't currently provide cameras or streaming production ourselves, but we're happy to coordinate with your video vendor.

How far in advance should we book corporate AV?

Two to four weeks is usually enough. For large conferences or busy months (spring and fall), four to eight weeks is safer. We do accept last-minute bookings when equipment is available.

Planning a corporate event?

Send us the date, venue, attendance, and number of presenters. We'll send back a quote within one business day.
